I've been dreaming about renting a luxury hut perched on the water in the Maldives for YEARS. I had hoped to book it this year but it's on hold as the sister-in-law planned a destination wedding in January which unfortunately, dips into the budget.

Jay,that dream sounds wonderful...till then,go and stay on a local island,which is cheap cheap...then go to a luxury island for 1 day...that is what we did!
